You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite.

New accounts may start with a 7-day Pro trial. Paid plans are billed monthly with a 12-month minimum commitment unless stated otherwise. Prices and plan features are described on our pricing page. We may update pricing with reasonable notice.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. You authorize recurring charges for the plan you select. Failed payments may result in suspension after a retry period. The €4.99 ROI study is a one-time purchase governed by our refund policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to breach security, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import and process the review data you connect.

We retain all rights in the Service. You retain rights in your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

You may cancel from billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required, and data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
