New accounts can start a 7-day Pro trial. You will not be charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund if you cancel before it ends.

Subscription fees are billed in advance. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case. Where required by applicable consumer law, statutory cancellation and refund rights apply in addition to this policy.

The ROI study is a one-time digital purchase delivered immediately. Because it is generated and delivered on demand, it is generally non-refundable once produced. If the study fails to generate or you experience a technical issue, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

Send a request through the contact page with your account email and the transaction details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
